Custom Design RS 203 Speaker Stands

To make a more visually interesting stand with enhanced rigidity, Custom Design introduced a new Tri-column design featuring a brand new tri-isolation technique. The RS 203 speaker stand uses thicker 4mm steel and larger fixing bolts compared to the RS 200 entry level stand and is available in high quality and durable black or mercury finishes. Laser precision cut 4mm thick top and base plates are hand finished and attached to three 2" (50mm) ERW BS EN 10305-3 steel columns. The top plate material is upgraded to inert Acoustic Steel™ to get closer to the performace of the top of the range RS 204 stand. High quality zinc plated M6 fixing bolts are used to ensure these parts fit together firmly to provide a stand with total integrity and superior rigidity. Reflecting the attention to detail and standards of quality, the spikes can be easily adjusted from the top with the Allen Key wrench provided.

A Custom Design RS 203 stand has an initial mass of approximately 7.5 lbs. Mass loading the support columns with 2 bags of Custom Design specially selected Inert Filler adds a further 7 lbs to the final mass, enhancing the performance of the RS 203 speaker stand.

The multi award winning RS 200 speaker support series features stands with one to four 2" columns with a range of support capacity and significant incremental initial and final mass properties.
